Back Office Executive Day-to-Day Business Operations Job Description The main "Operational Backbone, Data Processing Engine, Workflow Coordination Lead, Record Compliance Guardian & Business Integration Lead" for our corporate operations is the Back Office Executive Operations Support, Data Management, Process Excellence, Documentation & Administrative Analytics Specialist. Your main responsibility is to carry out daily back-office processing, maintain organisational databases, verify business documentation, manage internal workflow tickets, and guarantee smooth inter-departmental support, while operations directors, general managers, chief operating officers (COOs), and department heads set overarching operational frameworks, business expansion goals, service level agreements (SLAs), and administrative policies. Responsibilities Workflow Operations & Back-Office Execution: Process client/vendor applications, update master operational databases, handle high-volume daily back-office transactions, and complete task requests within specified turnaround times (TAT). Documentation Verification & Record Management: Before processing or archiving, audit, confirm, and catalogue incoming physical and digital documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with corporate and regulatory policies. Inter-Departmental Coordination: Facilitate order processing, operational problem-solving, and cross-functional data flow by acting as a central administrative liaison between internal departments. Database Maintenance & Process Hygiene: Perform regular data cleansing, update all ERP/CRM systems, remove duplicate records, and make sure that digital file indexing and access security procedures are followed. Customer and Vendor Service Support: Respond to back-office questions from both internal and external sources, handle service requests, handle billing/order exceptions, and escalate complicated operational issues in accordance with normal operating processes. Skills: Back-Office Operations & General Administration Mastery: Extensive practical understanding of transaction processing, record indexing, document auditing, administrative workflows, and operational job execution. ERP, CRM, and Administrative Software Proficiency: Practical ability to use document management software, CRM platforms, and ERP systems. Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Outstanding accuracy in checking paperwork, confirming numerical data, identifying entry errors, and keeping zero-defect records throughout high-volume processing operations. Time management and problem-solving skills: Excellent organisational skills to manage backlog queues, prioritise requests from several departments, adhere to stringent operational SLAs, and calmly handle process exceptions.
