HR Executive Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Job Description Experience: 0 to 3 yrs Salary: Based on Company Norms Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA Location: In And Around Chennai Your Duties: Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: Source prospective candidates via job portals and professional networks, screen resumes, schedule interviews with department heads, conduct preliminary HR evaluations, and manage candidate communication. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate joining documentation, issue offer and appointment letters, conduct orientation sessions, manage background verification (BGV), oversee asset allocation, and manage exit clearance processes. HR Operations & HRIS Management: Maintain accurate employee master records in HRIS/ERP systems, maintain personnel files, process leave applications, track probation periods, and enforce workplace policies. Payroll & Attendance Support: Monitor biometric attendance logs, track leave balances, calculate overtime/shift allowances, and finalize monthly payroll inputs in coordination with Finance. HR Analytics & Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory labor regulations (PF, ESI, Factory Act), resolve routine employee queries, and track recruitment time-to-hire, attendance summaries, and attrition figures using daily tracking spreadsheets.
