Quality Assurance & Defect Containment: Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), verify first-off part clearances, and take immediate action on line non-conformances to prevent scrap generation. Manpower Management & Development: Manage shift attendance, track operator skill matrices, resolve shop-floor grievances, and train operators on standard work instructions.
