Experience: 3&ndash8+ years of hands-on experience as a CNC/VMC Setter, Setup Engineer, or Senior Machinist in precision manufacturing environments. Technical Mastery: Advanced blueprint reading & GD&T, Fanuc / Siemens / Haas CNC controllers, work/tool offset setting, cutting tool selection carbide grades, inserts, geometry, G-code/M-code troubleshooting, precision metrology, and setup analytics tracking.
