Telecaller Loan Leads & Sales Conversion Job Description The Banking Telecaller Executive is responsible for reaching out to existing and prospective bank customers over the phone to offer financial products, loans, credit cards, insurance, and banking services. This role focuses on understanding customer financial needs, cross-selling banking products, guiding applicants through initial documentation processes, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while meeting sales and outbound call targets Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing banking clients to present pre-approved credit cards, personal/business loans, savings accounts, and investment options. Assist customers with product eligibility criteria, interest rates, fee structures, repayment terms, and application procedures. Screen interested applicants, collect preliminary customer data, and coordinate with ground sales/field teams for document collection and KYC verification. Handle inbound banking inquiries, resolve product-related customer doubts, and maintain professional phone etiquette. Follow up on pending customer applications, warm leads, and incomplete registration processes to drive overall conversion rates. Accurately log call details, lead status, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules in the bank 's CRM database. Adhere strictly to banking regulatory guidelines, customer privacy policies, Do Not Call DNC compliance, and internal banking standards Skills: Excellent verbal communication, attentive listening, and crisp phone articulation in both English and pertinent regional languages. customer-focused strategy with the capacity for effective sales and the ability to handle objections. basic knowledge of credit cards, loans, interest rates, banking products, and KYC/documentation procedures. proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel, computers, and basic CRM technologies. resilience, patience, and a target-oriented approach in the face of high daily call volume demands.
