Working directly on the shop floor, this role ensures uninterrupted power distribution, high equipment availability, strict adherence to electrical safety protocols, and rapid emergency response across high-voltage/low-voltage HV/LV switchgear, transformers, motors, drives, and PLC control panels. Key Skills: Strong technical leadership and deep expertise in industrial electrical maintenance, power distribution, and plant automation. Hands-on proficiency in troubleshooting VFDs, PLCs Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, or Mitsubishi, relay logic, starters, and motor control centers MCC. Comprehensive understanding of High Voltage HV and Low Voltage LV distribution systems, circuit breakers ACB, VCB, MCCB, transformers, and DG synchronizing panels. In-depth knowledge of electrical safety rules, local energy regulations, national electrical codes, and Lockout/Tagout LOTO procedures. Strong team management, emergency decision-making, breakdown logging, and inter-departmental communication skills.
