Process, verify, and archive business documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, shipping manifests, vendor contracts, and client onboarding files. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports, tracking sheets, and executive dashboards using MS Excel. Perform routine data audits, reconciliation of records, and discrepancy checks to ensure data integrity and confidentiality. Coordinate with front-office staff, sales reps, customer support personnel, and external vendors to resolve operational bottlenecks and documentation queries. Manage physical and digital filing structures, maintaining organized document repositories for quick retrieval during internal or external audits.
