Process back-office transactions, account updates, verification requests, and system data entry with high accuracy. Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues and disputes to Tier-2 support or specialized internal teams following standard escalation workflows. Meet and exceed operational performance metrics, including First Contact Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT) for chat/email, Quality Score (QA), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores. Maintain complete data accuracy and document every interaction detail within CRM platforms. Participate in regular quality calibrations, feedback sessions, and continuous training updates to adapt to process changes and product enhancements Required Skills: Exceptional written communication, grammar, vocabulary, and typing speed (minimum 35-40 WPM with high accuracy). Strong analytical ability, active reading comprehension, and problem-solving skills to diagnose complex user queries from text messages. High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and multi-tab software navigation capabilities. Proficiency in CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk), ticketing tools, and basic MS Office applications.
