HR Executive Statutory Compliance & HR Operations Job Description Duties: Oversee end-to-end employee onboarding processes, including background verification BGV, document collection, system orientation, and account setup. Manage daily attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and absenteeism tracking to generate accurate monthly inputs for payroll processing. Act as a first responder to employee grievances, inquiries, and policy clarification requests, fostering a positive workplace culture. Coordinate employee engagement activities, sports events, festival celebrations, performance reward programs, and wellness workshops. Maintain digital and physical employee files, maintaining data integrity across Human Resource Information Systems HRIS. Assist in performance management cycles, probation confirmations, appraisal documentation, and exit interview logistics. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, statutory filings PF, ESI, PT, shop and establishment regulations, and internal HR policy enforcement Focus Skills: Strong understanding of HR generalist operations, employee onboarding, attendance management, and HR policy administration. Practical knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance requirements PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and HR audit standards. Hands-on proficiency with HRIS tools Zoho People, Keka, Darwinbox and core MS Office applications MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with strong conflict resolution capabilities.
