Working as the primary technical interface between clients, internal engineering teams, product managers, and sales leadership, this role identifies customer manufacturing challenges, delivers tailored engineering solutions, demonstrates product applications (machinery, tooling, automation, components, or industrial consumables), and manages the entire sales lifecycle from technical proposal to final commissioning and account management Key Skills: Strong technical acumen and proven track record in B2B technical sales, industrial sales, or field application engineering within manufacturing sectors. Deep understanding of industrial machinery, mechanical/electrical systems, automation components, tooling, or manufacturing consumables. Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, CAD models, and customer engineering specifications. Excellent presentation, negotiation, key account management, and interpersonal communication skills at both shop-floor and executive decision-maker levels. Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, SAP Sales Cloud, HubSpot), ERP commercial modules, cost estimation tools, and MS Office Suite.
