Sales Executive Sales and Client Management Job Description Duties: Identify, prospect, and convert potential B2B industrial clients, OEMs, distributors, and commercial accounts across targeted manufacturing sectors. Conduct sales visits, product presentations, and commercial pitches to client procurement heads, plant managers, and decision-makers. Gather customer technical and volume requirements, collaborating with engineering and estimation teams to prepare competitive commercial quotes and sales proposals. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contract terms in alignment with company profit margins and credit policies. Manage end-to-end order processing, tracking production schedules and dispatch timelines to ensure on-time delivery and high client satisfaction. Build and sustain long-term business relationships with key accounts, monitoring repeat order cycles and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Collect customer feedback, monitor market trends, track competitor pricing and offerings, and provide regular sales pipeline forecasts to sales management. Coordinate with finance and logistics departments for timely payment collections, credit checks, and customer invoice reconciliations Focus Skills: Strong track record in B2B sales, direct sales, or business development, preferably within manufacturing, industrial goods, or technical distribution sectors. Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, consultative selling, and executive presentation skills. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, product specifications, lead times, and commercial contract terms.
