HR Executive Human Resource Coordination Job Description Managing daily human resources operations throughout plant offices and manufacturing shop floors is the responsibility of the HR Executive in Manufacturing Industries. This position drives end-to-end hiring, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll processing support, industrial relations compliance, and employee engagement programs to maintain a productive and harmonious workplace, acting as a crucial liaison between management, engineering teams, and shop floor staff. Key Duties Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for plant operators, technicians, engineers, and administrative staff, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer issuance. Manage new hire onboarding, plant safety inductions, document verification, background checks, and HR database creation in HRMS systems. Oversee daily attendance tracking, shift roster management, leave administration, overtime verification, and biometric system operations in coordination with shop-floor supervisors. Prepare monthly payroll inputs, verifying working days, leave balances, attendance deductions, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labor Welfare Fund).
