We are hiring fresher candidates for both Domestic BPO and International BPO Call Centers all over Delhi/NCR regions.

Freshers are eligible.

Inbound and Outbound.

Salary- Domestic/ International : 10k to 22k+Incentives+Cab.

Looking for someone who is good in English & Hindi communication, the major job role will be contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service, Converting the existing leads into sales & Collating Data from different platforms
 

Responsibilities of the candidate would be the following and not limited to,

• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
• Answering questions about products or the company
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Converting potentials customers into sales using existing Leads
• Experience in using Live chat on the website

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• 6 months to 1+year experience in Customer care/Telecommunication.
• Experienced with good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Required Basic Education qualification Graduation, Bachelors, etc
• Preferred worked in E-learning / Education company
