We need your help to convert these opportunities, negotiate and close sales agreements with your prior experience.Role and Responsibilities :- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring profitable deals for the company- Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support.- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and understand the features and benefits of our industry 4.0 solutions.Preferred candidate profile :- Either proven experience or 15 years of experience in sales performance, preferably in the field of Industry 4.0.- Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts, technologies, and applications.- Experience in managing and leading a sales team.- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.- Strong negotiation and closing skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Willingness to travel as needed.What we offer is :- ESOP based on your performance.- Variables based on achieved KPI- Appreciation and proper recognitions as we grow together.
