ManagerLeading crowd funding platform requires Manager/Lead- Business development( B2B)- Bangalore. One of our client India s most trusted and transparent crowdfunding platform where people from across the globe can donate towards raising funds for products required by NGOs in India, which are then delivered to them by us. In the last 6 years, we were able to create 5000 campaigns, raise over 200 Cr worth of Donations to support over 1400 charities. Over 7,00,000 unique donors used our platform to channelize donations to charities of their choice. It has won many notable awards like India s Best Social Enterprise Award and NASSCOM Social Innovation Award among others and has also been invited by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to the US and China.We are looking out for Lead - Business Development for our client office in BangalorePFB the JD and the details :Client - Leading crowd funding platformRole - Manager/ Lead - Business DevelopmentLocation - Bangalore Joining - 15 daysExperience - 3- 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales in B2B sales preferablyResponsibilities :Role Description :We are looking for someone who can lead our business development team and drive our growth strategies. Set the targets and build the road map & action plan to achieve it in a given time frame. She/he should take the sense of ownership of the team performance and bring the best out of them. Above all, one needs to have zeal to make a larger impact in social space.Roles & Responsibilities :- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to expand NGO partnerships and enhance the platform s presence across different regions.- Identify and evaluate potential NGOs with compelling social impact stories that resonate with donors, ensuring a heart-touching appeal.- Source impactful stories and maintain a pipeline for selection of stories suitable for paid promotion, while adhering to set criteria and timelines.- Manage Salesforce to track NGO partnerships, campaign progress, and donor engagement, ensuring efficient follow-up and on boarding processes.- Establish and nurture relationships with new NGO partners, while maintaining existing partnerships with campaigners in a structured manner.- Set and achieve growth targets for the number of campaigns, actively managing the business development team to ensure goals are met.- Oversee recruitment, goal-setting, coaching, and performance evaluation of the business development team.- Supervise the creation of campaign content, designs, and appeal videos to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and donor expectations.- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth listing and delivery of products associated with campaigns.- Brainstorm and implement innovative initiatives aimed at increasing the gross donation raised per month, continuously seeking ways to improve impact and effectiveness.Qualifications :- A Bachelor s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any related field will be considered.- 3 to 6 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales in B2B sales preferably.- Experience of working with an NGO or volunteering in a social angle is an added advantage.- Sound knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce/Zoho- Strong understanding of how social media works and unequaled ability to utilize such media in promoting the organization s work, impact created, and increase brand visibility- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills If the position interests you and you find a fitment.If the position interests you and you find fitment kindly apply with your updated cv along with the following details :Current ctc n notice period :Expected ctc :Open to work in Bangalore :Relevant experience on BD :Or share cv at Pranav - 7011354635 (ref:updazz.com)
