Immediate Hiring for Desktop Support Engineers Job Description Responsibilities Handle user complaints about networking, software, and hardware Assist clients with the installation of software and computer accessories Pose specific queries to identify issues. Provide customers with clear, concise instructions carry out remote troubleshooting try other routes till a problem is fixed Tailor desktop programs to the requirements of the user Log technical problems and their fixes. Send unsolved problems to the support staff at the next tier. Check in with clients to make sure their systems are operating properly.
