Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Roles And Responsibility:
- Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
- Ability to sell IT Staffing, SOW based services, solutions and services both at MSP/VMS & Direct relationship based clients.
- Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients through cold calling and Email campaigns
-- Ability to generate the business through the new client acquisitions with known and new contacts
- Proven track record of closing IT Clients (Good To have)
- Develop and manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation, proposal presentation to closing clients and further farming the account
- Should be well versed in IT concepts and technologies (Good To have).
- Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments, making initial presentation, and understanding account requirements.
- Work with Leadership to close sales by building rapport with potential account, explaining product and service capabilities, overcoming objectives, preparing contracts.
- Identify customer pain by investigating problems, preparing scope, making recommendations to management.
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales accounts.
- Make cold (sales) calls per day.
- Travel, if needed.
Requirements :
Only Female Candidates.
0-2 years Business Development Experience in IT
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable in making presentations to C-level or technical audiences
Effective sales and marketing skills
Strong business development and prospecting skills
Strong and verifiable contact list is a big plus
Strong desire to develop new business contacts
Ability to work in a team environment.
Benefits:
