Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee sales operations and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales, channel sales, and sales operations, with a proven track record in managing teams and achieving targets.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.- Manage relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.- Conduct regular market visits to assess the performance of the sales team and provide coaching and support.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives and strategies.- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to senior management.- Drive the recruitment, training, and development of the sales team to enhance their performance.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales, channel sales, or sales operations, preferably in the Telecom, Education, Banking, or Insurance sectors.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.Skills:- Field Sales- Channel Sales- Sales Operations- Relationship Management- Market Analysis- Team Leadership (ref:updazz.com)
