EasyRewardz - Senior Executive - Marketing Operations (2-4 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (Online/Digital Marketing)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Campaign- Operations to oversee and execute email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to analyse campaign performance data to optimize results. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement comprehensive email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing strategies to achieve campaign objectives and KPIs.2. Plan and execute end-to-end campaign workflows, including content whitelisting, scheduling, segmentation, and deployment.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign messaging and goals with overall marketing initiatives.4. Manage subscriber lists, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and compliance with relevant regulations.5. Manage inbound escalations and tickets to meet service expectation of the client also to maintain various campaign reports.6. Analyze campaign data and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.7. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing and ensure proper tracking and to prepare/Update technical documentation i.e. SOP for campaign process.8. Continuously evaluate and refine campaign strategies based on performance data, audience feedback, and market dynamics and understanding our in-house product (Lpaas & Bulk-campaign engine).9. Maintain a high level of quality and consistency across all campaign communications, ensuring brand voice and messaging guidelines are followed.Qualifications & Experience :1. Bachelor s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.2. Proven experience (3 years) in digital marketing, Campaign management with a focus on email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp campaigns.3. Strong understanding of email marketing platforms, SMS marketing tools, and WhatsApp Business API is an added advantage.4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and possess good knowledge of MS-Excel, Word, PPT is a must.5. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using analytics tools is an added advantage.6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines, proactive and self-motivated, with team handling skills and flexible to work in a fast-paced business environment.7. Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive consensus and achieve shared goals.8. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.9.
