We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies, and leading a high-performing team. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
-Lead and mentor a high-performing team.
-Conduct market analysis and research.
-Ensure product knowledge and training for the team.
-To handle the walk in Customers at the Branch.
