-We aim to be the preferred partner for an Indian customer looking for the highest quality products and be available at every consumer touch-point making us their most recognized & trusted e-commerce aggregator partner in India with ambitious plans to enter international markets.Roles and responsibilities:- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.- Expand, scale and drive efficiency across the marketing funnel through campaign optimizations- Execute all aspects of performance marketing, including paid search, display advertising, affiliate marketing, email marketing, social media advertising, and advertising on platforms likeAmazon Marketing Services (AMS)- Analyze and interpret campaign data, key metrics, and KPIs to extract actionable insights and recommend optimization strategies for continuous improvement.- Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and maximum return on investment and efficient Customer Acquisition Cost.- Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologiesto drive innovation in the performance marketing landscape.The Ideal Candidate :- 2 years previous experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving business growth on AMS.- Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
