While maintaining our commitment to the IT services industry, we are dedicated to infusing intelligence into various other sectors.Job Summary :The E-commerce Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through online channels. This role requires a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability in e-commerce sales.- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and market expansions.- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform business decisions and strategy.- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create effective promotional campaigns and product offerings.- Monitor and report on e-commerce performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and customer engagement.- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and customers.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce.- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and identify areas for improvement.- Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts for e-commerce initiatives.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).- 5 years of experience in e-commerce business development, sales, or marketing.- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.What We Offer :- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.- Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.- A dynamic and inclusive work environment.
