Associate/Sales AssociateDuties and Responsibilities :1. Ensuring regular connection with existing clients to maintain our company s presence.2. Repairing disengaged or fractured relationships.3. Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client s requirements.4. Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction.5. Proposing and deliberating potential solutions in consultation with clients.6. Prompting clients to upgrade their existing packages and to purchase additional offerings.7. Settling clients concerns in a swift and professional manner.8.
