Roles and responsibilities :- Participate in regular meetings- Oversees the technical team members and leads meetings, activities, and projects for the business unit and project to make sure goals are met on schedule and within budget.- Recognizing early on the unique claims requirements of the clients- Own a designated dealership territory by holding monthly consultation meetings with each account.- Establish sincere business ties with the key individuals and service management for each account you are assigned.- The direct liaison is in charge of the PWM/Operations connection and serves as the main point of contact for Client Specialists and Financial Advisors about all business issues.- Own client problem solving- Use an issue tracking system to record, track, report, and evaluate new customer requests.- Help oversee the creation of electronic reference materials for internal customers.
