As a Beauty Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service, share expert beauty advice, and drive sales in our stylish showroom. What You ll Do : - Welcome & Engage : Greet customers with a smile and a warm welcome as they enter our showroom.
-Personalized Beauty Consultations : Offer tailored beauty advice and product recommendations to meet each customer s unique needs.
-Demonstrations & Applications : Show off your skills by demonstrating and applying beauty products to customers.
-Stay Informed : Keep up with the latest beauty trends and product knowledge to provide the best advice.
-Showroom Maintenance : Ensure our showroom looks fabulous and is well-stocked.
-Customer Service : Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
-Inventory Management : Help manage inventory and restock shelves as needed. What We re Looking For : Experience : - Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor, Sales Associate, or similar role in the beauty industry.
-Knowledgeable : Strong understanding of beauty products, skincare, makeup, and fragrances.
-Communicative : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer - relationships.
-Sales-Driven : A passion for sales and achieving targets.
-Education : High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in beauty or cosmetology is a plus.
