As we expand our presence in the Indian market, we are looking for a talented Key Account Executive to join our team.Responsibilities :Key Account Management :- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key e-commerce accounts.- Implement strategies to maximize sales, revenue, and market share with key partners.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.Business Development :- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the e-commerce sector.- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.- Create and present compelling proposals to potential partners.Sales and Performance Analysis :- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.- Work closely with analytics teams to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.- Regularly report on account performance to internal stakeholders.Contract Negotiation :- Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and address any issues promptly.Customer Satisfaction :- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries and concerns in a timely manner.- Collaborate with customer support teams to ensure a positive customer experience.Requirements :- Bachelor s degree in technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Students from IIT s, NIT s, VIT, Thapar or tier 1 & tier 2 colleges preferred.- Proven experience in key account management within the e-commerce industry.- Strong understanding of the Indian e-commerce market and trends.- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.- Self-motivated and results oriented.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment (ref:updazz.com)
