The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and a knack for closing deals.Key Responsibilities :- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support; answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions; respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs).- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.- Maintain an accurate and updated sales database (CRM).- Provide feedback and after-sales support.- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and competitors activities.Requirements :- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.- Fast learner and passion for sales.- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.- A bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
