Supervise, co-ordinate for production output as per planned production schedules Managing, controlling and monitoring - Manpower & Machine Capacity utilization Productivity improvements and complying with Quality Standards of the Company Duties and Authorities: Give output as per production plan Supervising manpower deployment and shift allocation Ensure the part quality & analysis the problem Ensure safety, health, and Environment norms Liaison with Production Management and Design Team Continuous improvement in production, machine usage, process improvement, etc. Any other activity connected to manufacturing department assigned from time to time Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
