Job Description :- Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in the financial services sector, overseeing and managing the sales team responsible for promoting and selling insurance products through banking partnerships.Role and Responsibilities :- Responsible for keeping liaison with the bank collaborates and deliver business plans.- Identify sales opportunities through performing reviews and trends and propose business solutions.- Build and maintain good relationship with Bank s Regional Manager and Branches.- Effectively manage and maintain the assigned staffs in matters to ensure the achievement of area production target in the assigned Bank branch.- Ensure the training is delivered to sakes team and collaborate with operations team.- Provide a regular reporting to the Head of Bancassurance and the relevant parties.Qualifications and Educations Requirements :- Bachelor s degree preferred.- 2 years Work experiences in banking industry specializing in Sales area.- Strong in sales leader with the proven record.- Must be a local candidate- Age range: 22 to 38 yearsJob Type : Full-timeSalary : 325,000.00 - 500,000.00 per yearBenefits :- Health insurance- Paid sick time- Provident FundSchedule :Contact : 7862087265 (ref:updazz.com)
