• Business development to identify new investors and clients.
• Conduct roadshows, community marketing and other sales promotion events.
• Prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation & ensuring a fair and honest deal.
• Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame.
• Presenting customers with investment opportunities available at Celeste.&
• Be knowledgeable of the market and all new projects.
• Managing client investment portfolio & offering them best customer support experience

Requirements:

• Experience in sales of Real Estate / high ticket investment products.
• Multilingual - English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil (Preferred)
• Excellent Negotiation skills.
• Confident personality with a go getter attitude.
