Company Overview: SkillDeck is a rapidly growing training and development company specializing in courses in HR, technology, digital marketing, and more. We are looking for motivated Telesales Executives to join our remote team to help expand our reach, engage new clients, and drive our training programs.
Job Summary: As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in generating leads, building relationships, and converting prospects into customers. You ll connect with individuals and companies to promote our training offerings, close sales, and achieve monthly sales targets. This role is ideal for self-driven individuals with excellent communication and sales skills who are passionate about training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients from provided lead lists.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate SkillDeck courses.
Lead Qualification and Conversion:
Identify high-potential leads and qualify prospects.
Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into enrollments.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Act as a point of contact for inquiries, providing information on courses, pricing, and schedules.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, working diligently to drive revenue growth.
Track and report on individual sales performance and progress toward targets.
Data Management:
Accurately record call information and client details in the CRM system.
Update the CRM with customer interactions, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Teams:
Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead generation.
Provide feedback on sales scripts, marketing materials, and lead sources to improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in sales or customer service.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in telesales, sales, or a similar role. Prior experience in the education or training industry is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills and persuasive abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer literacy.
Preferred Qualities:
High degree of resilience and ability to handle objections.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
