Customer Relationship Management :- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.- Develop a network of potential customers through referrals, networking, and marketing activities.- Process Implementation & Monitoring :- Oversee the implementation of sales policies, procedures, and best practices at the branch level.- Monitor team performance, adherence to policies, and ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
