Your primary goal will be to expand our customer base by engaging with potential clients through various channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced Mar-tech Agency. Calling all aspirants with international BPO experience and who are looking for a career in the MarTech industry.Key Responsibilities :- Conduct market research to identify potential leads in the Indian and US markets.- Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to establish initial contact and qualify leads. Cold calling and prospecting experience is a must.- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by continuously sourcing new leads.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation.- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation.Qualifications :- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in an Domestic/international BPO setting.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written is a must- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.- Flexibility to work in different time zones as required for the Indian and US markets.- Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
