As the Sales Head, you ll play a pivotal role in bringing their innovative projects to new markets and will be reporting to the CEO. Office Location - HSR, BangaloreResponsibilities :- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the company s revenue and growth objectives.- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.- Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the sales team.- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.- Provide ongoing coaching, support, and professional development opportunities to the sales team.- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners and stakeholders.- Oversee the negotiation and closing of major sales deals.- Address and resolve client issues and complaints promptly.- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure efficient sales processes.- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.- Provide input on promotional materials and advertising strategies.- Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effective operations.- Monitor and analyze sales expenses and revenue to optimize profitability.- Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.- Stay updated on real estate industry standards and best practices.
