Job Description : Technical Project Manager We are looking for a passionate Technical Project Manager with SCRUM background for design, development, sprint planning, execution and project management activities. 1. Should have hands on experience on handling software project management delivering projects of 10 FTE team size for a minimum of 6 years in software product development or solutions company. The overall experience of 12 years of experience 2. Have a strong orientation to digital technology projects (mobile, Java,.NET,Cloud) and ability to understand and articulate customers business challenges. They should have been involved in development projects and not only support/maintenance/ Testing background. 3. Should have experience in estimation, planning and tracking of software development projects. 4. They should be well versed with Agile methodology and conversant with devops Methodology. (Jenkins, CI/CD tools,GIT,JIRA or equivalent) 5. Should have Hands on experience in project metrics and have ability in establishing, monitoring and controlling project measurements and control 6. Personal traits (to be assessed during the interview) : Good communication skills, attention to details, metrics driven, excellent persuasion and influencing skills, - go-getter, can do, will do attitude- 7.
