We are seeking dynamic Telesales Representatives to join our team, with experience from companies like Policy Bazaar, Healthify, and Paisa Bazaar being highly desirable.Responsibilities :- Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential clients to promote our aesthetics and hair transplant services.- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about our offerings.- Schedule appointments and consultations with interested clients.- Maintain and update a customer database with accurate and timely information.- Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.- Stay informed about our services, special promotions, and industry trends.- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.- Work closely with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and campaigns.Requirements :- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.- Ability to handle rejection with resilience.- Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.- Familiarity with the services of Policy Bazaar, Healthify, and Paisa Bazaar is preferred.- Knowledge of aesthetics and hair transplant procedures is an advantage but not mandatory.- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.What We Offer :- Competitive salary and attractive commission structure.- In-depth training on our services and sales techniques.- A supportive and collaborative work environment.- Opportunities for career growth and advancement.
