Google Cloud Application Support Professional (5-12 Yrs) Pune (Systems/Product Software)

Technical experience in Google Cloud Platform : 1) The role requires one to understand Google Cloud framework 2) Aware of the deployment process, troubleshooting of various components/logs captured at interface level while working on the Incidents resolution. 3) Familiar with Microservices and API concept and usage in Business Application context. 4) Ability to interact with product vendor and users/consumers to resolve the issue 5) A sound understanding of the ITIL principles 6) Provide 24- 7 production support for application. Includes On call support on weekends. 7) Previous financial industry experience (Good to have) Mandatory Skills : Google Cloud (GCP), Stackdriver, ITIL, Incident Management Relevant Experience : 3 years in production support/application support, preferable in L2/L3
