We have an Opening as Technical at Bangalore. Please find the details below: Role: Technical Location: Bangalore Experience: 6months- 1 Year Notice Period: Immediate - 30 Days. Job Description: - Work as Part of the existing BAU team already available at the site - Work on the guidance and feedback of Local Ops / Customer team - Carry our PC refresh /BAU activity as per guidance of Ops /Customer team - Engineer reporting / work assignment to be done by the Local Ops in accordance with Customer - The engineer is expected to work around handling machines delivery / local dispatch / unboxing / machine setup / reimage / Re-boxing / machine handover to user /resolve any issues / update the reporting / share regular updates on machine delivery to end users / Any other role and responsibility which the BAU engineer is currently doing.
-The engineer is expected to work on Service Now, for which training will be given by existing BAU Engineer and/or Training team - No machine handover to be done to user without any documentation (updates on Service Now) - Compliance and traceability is essential and hence process adherence is a must - Raise the SR in system / follow-up with user for refresh - Highlight to Local Ops and Customer team if users are not turning for refresh or any other challenges
