Experience : - 8 to 10 yrs experience in Manual and Automation Testing - Should possess hands on experience in Automation Testing using Selenium Web Driver - Knowledge of Cucumber Framework and BDD (Behavior driven development) - Experience in Load Testing using open source tools like JMeter - Experience in Security Testing using tools like Burp - Defect Management tools like Mantis/JIRA Test case Management tools like Test Link/Test Rail/Zephyr Responsibility : - Experienced QA manager with relevant working experience in managing testing of global enterprise applications products.
-Selects and utilizes tools and methodologies to ensure that software tests identify defects and comply with quality standards.
-Evaluates test results against expected results, implements improvements to process and recommends alternative testing as needed.
-Drafts, revises and approves test plans and scripts. .
-Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
-Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
-Should have hands on experience in Automation Testing, Load Testing and Security Testing. Experience in handling Agile projects is an added advantage. Technical skills : Selenium, JAVA, SQL, JMeter, Burp, Agile We prefer candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days.
