Quality Assurance Test Engineer - Manual/Automation Testing (5-7 Yrs) Cochin/Kochi/Kerala/Trivandrum/Thiruvananthapuram (Others)

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS / RESPONSIBILITIES : - Design and determine test plans, scenarios, scripts, procedures, coding and integration activities based on general objectives and knowledge of overall architecture of product.
-Create and execute testing plans, protocols and data preparation.
-Identify and create solutions for issues with code and integration.
-Provide clear and constant visibility into the quality of the product.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to plan test schedules, test status, project progress, issue resolution and strategies in accordance with project scope and delivery dates.
-Guide, Develop and manage quality standards, methods and procedures to determine release readiness.
-Lead efforts on Automation strategy while contributing to automation framework development. Desired Candidate Profile : - Hands on automation and manual testing exposure, experience in Selenium and other open source tools for testing.
-Experience in automation and manual testing.
-Experience in maintenance of test environment - Experience in Regression testing, Smoke Test, Stress Test, Functional Test, Integration Test, System test.
-Experience in automation testing in Selenium would be added advantage.
