Production Support Engineer - SQL/Ticketing System (6-9 Yrs) Bangalore (Others)

Title : Production Support Engineer Exp : 6 Years Loc : Bangalore Please be advised that this will be 24/7 schedule with rotational shifts which might require working in weekends. Transportation will not be provided, however night allowance is available for full night shift - As a member of the Marketing Platform Support team, the Support engineer will be responsible for applications both web and hosted.
-The candidate will be responsible for Line 1 Support where he would be providing technical insights on the Marketing platform Solutions engaging the marketer in their campaign development journey. A team-player, collaboration-oriented, mindset is essential.
-Production Support, Writing SQL Queries and Ticketing experience with Jira will be the key skills. Responsibilities : - Candidate must have hands-on Support experience on web hosted applications and should have in-depth knowledge on the architecture of previous projects the candidates worked on.
-Candidate must have experiences in ticketing systems and support life cycle - Candidate should have exposure the Marketing concepts and technical implementations Requirements : - Minimum 6 years of experience in support process - Experience on domains such as marketing / sales is an advantage.
-Knowledge of Database (any) and ability to write SELECT queries with ease.
-Knowledge on HTML, web layer technologies - Knowledge on Dev-ops solutions.
-Excellent in communication skills a good team player.
