Cyber Lead/Associate Director - Security Operations (12-18 Yrs) Pune (Others)

Responsibilities : - Develop, manage and maintain a highly skilled, efficient and effective local team of developers, testers and operations. Including the definition, management and continuous improvement of core functions and processes that underpin a successful, effective and globally scaled monitoring, alerting and security incident response capability in India team - Maintaining a global view of the organization vision and work with local & global stakeholders to bring together both teams to operate as one team .Manage team differences (local/global), provide feedback and strategies on either side and strengthen collaboration - Bring Thought Leadership to take the Team on next Level, Build New capabilities.
-Contribute to driving global and local uplift in cybersecurity awareness and help evangelize Cybersecurity efforts and success overall - Provide technical oversight, direction and mentoring to the team by providing managerial oversight to ensure the team is aligned with existing cybersecurity team and operating effectively. Lead will be expected to provide functional oversight - Develop practices and processes to ensure the team is effective and engaged and integrated tightly with the global Cybersecurity team by working seamlessly with global peers - Establish and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand cybersecurity strategies and priorities and ensure India team is aligned in accordance - Security transformation programs - design and management of security operations solutions implementations and/or remediation programs to address risks across security operations centers including AV, patching, secure build, vulnerability scanning & remediation, logging and monitoring, segregation, threat management, user awareness - Security Operations Centre - Industry experience of developing and implementing a Security Operations Centre would prove beneficial - Managing an Incident response team, designing IR programs, implementing IR - Cyber Threat Management - experience designing, implementing, and managing Cyber Threat Management frameworks and programs - Identification of processes that can be automated and orchestrated to ensure maximum efficiency - Promoting a self-critical and continuous assessment and improvement culture, gap identification (people, process and technology) and resolution in a timely manner thereby promoting and supporting continuous improvement of team, process, and technology Functional Knowledge (Not limited to) : 1. Development : - Application/product Development, Implementation, and Deployment - SDLC - Version maintenance - Release Management & Change Management - Testing (e.g. Application, Performance, Penetration, Sanity Regression) - Web Development - Data Warehousing - Agile software development methodology and tools - Has knowledge of DevSecOps and has operated in the model of DevSecOps 2. Operations : - Tools used for Detection, Response and Threat management (Splunk, etc.) - Experience in multiple Security Information Event Management Systems (SIEM) - Documenting & tracking risks - Identity and Access Management tools ( Sailpoint IIQ)
