Job Description
Job description for Windows system administrator - SME - Should have excellent working experience in Windows 2003, 2008, 2012 & 2016.
-Good working experience in setup & maintain AD, DNS, and DHCP.
-Ability to deploy servers (Infrastructure) as per architectural diagram / Document - Ability to set up and maintain the MS failover cluster - Capable of handling the Severity 1 & 2 Incident and provide RCA - Excellent troubleshooting skill on Windows infrastructure and provide a permanent fix - Knowledge in server hardening and policy compliance management - Strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management.
-Knowledge in environment support tools - Handling of various type of Hardware like Cisco UCS, HP Blade, IBM servers etc.
-Should have good verbal & written skill.
-Ability to create technical documents and KB.
