InfoBeans Technologies - Technical Lead - Java Development - Spring/Spring Boot (8-10 Yrs) Pune (Systems/Product Software)

We are looking for a highly-skilled JAVA Expert. You will develop and build the products that will putour company at the forefront of innovation. About the opportunity : - The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on core Java and Java Web programming skills, excellent problem solving and design skills and ability to lead a small team of developers.
-The candidate should also demonstrate a history of on time delivery, excellent communication, and a positive get-it-done attitude. Retail domain expertise and experience working in Agile driven development projects is a plus. Location: Indore / Pune Exp Level: 8 years Responsibilities : - Work with developers, supervisors, and clients to input data and output requirements.
-Analyze requirements in order to arrange the correct programming sequence and appropriate programming languages.
-Convert work flow information in order to encode project requirements.
-Document program development and revisions in order maintain a historical record.
-Develop new applications from the concept inception phase to the testing phase.
-Hands on Individual Contributor with proven technical leadership experience in mentoring or coaching engineers to facilitate the entire product development.
-Demonstrates ability to multi-task and re-prioritize responsibilities based on changing requirements.
-Inculcate best software engineering practices, standards of code and help the team deal with complexity and ambiguity. Job Requirements : - A passion for technology and building software with 8 to 10 years experience in Industry - Should have experience in leading and executing Java EE projects.
-Should have experience of working on: 1. Struts / Spring Framework, Web Services (SOAP / REST), JMS 2. HTML, CSS, Java Script, AJAX, JQUERY, JSON 3. Tomcat / Spring Boot / JBoss WildFly - Should have lead a team s.of at least 5-6 members. Experience of handling multiple projects simultaneously is a big plus - Should have excellent communication problem solving skills and ability to motivate team.
-Should be able to work independently and confident to represent InfoBeans - Should have good knowledge of all phases of project execution.
-Good to have knowledge of writing SQLs - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum Methodology is a plus.
