(only Full time), Target Companies : KPOs, Startups Working days : 5 days Looking for passionate analytics professionals itching to work on real life business scenarios make an impact by delivering analytics solutions to non-trivial decision making questions such as optimizing marketing spends, improving student outcomes, increasing operational efficiencies, improving workforce planning etc. Apart from strong hands-on knowledge, we are looking for business acumen to think creatively and build solutions from scratch that can scale. Primary responsibilities : - Use insights derived from ad-hoc data analysis to drive processes improvements so that Great Learnings business requirements are met - Help improve and evolve business intelligence layer for marketing, sales and operation - functions to enable automated delivery of insights to aid decision making on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly) - Help develop advanced analytics systems using driver and/or predictive models to identify factors that influence business outcomes like marketing conversions, learners success, workforce productivity etc - And help design and automate interventions to accelerate growth - Collaborate across stakeholders to consistently align data interpretation with evolving business processes and accordingly refine automated reports - Data analysis, R, Python, SQL, Advanced Excel, distribution analyses, hypotheses testing, correlation analysis, indexing, ranking, regression, clustering, decision trees, supervised, unsupervised learning Competencies required : - Problem solving - good aptitude and analytical skills - Quick learning - ability to learn business, processes, techniques and technologies on the go - Good understanding of what analytics is - from data to decisions - Good ability to work with complex, unstructured data from multiple sources - consolidate, analyse, interpret, clean and transform to get it ready for analysis - Ability to design approaches to solve a problem using data analysis techniques - Good understanding of basic data science concepts like distribution analyses, hypotheses testing, correlation analysis, indexing/ranking etc; - Good understanding of advanced techniques like supervised unsupervised learning, including but not limited to regression modelling, clustering, decision trees etc.
