You will coordinate with the Girnar Insurance HO Team for seamless sales execution, develop offline training and servicing processes, and ensure customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities :- Meet potential POSP agents in the assigned geographical area.- Service existing POS to drive sales growth.- Handle customer inquiries and ensure speedy, satisfactory resolutions.- Coordinate with the Girnar Insurance HO Team for smooth sales execution.- Develop and implement offline training and servicing processes for POSP.- Maintain and leverage the local agent network.- Achieve monthly sales targets.- Drive channel ownership with a high level of motivation.- Frequent travel as required.- Manage relationships with customers, identify their needs, and ensure satisfaction.- Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the customer base.Key Qualifications :- Graduation degree in any stream.- 1 to 3 years of experience in the insurance sector, particularly in the agency vertical of a General Insurance Company or Insurance Brokerage Firm.- Strong communication skills.- Awareness of Motor & General Insurance with a zeal for sales.- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and any local language.- Highly motivated, with a willingness to work hard and grow quickly in a challenging environment.
