Radisys India - SDPON Manager - Integration/System Testing (12-30 Yrs) Bangalore (Systems/Product Software)

Description : - Total 12 years of experience in integration and system testing - Experience in broadband wireline domain: PON/xGPON/FTTx - Must be an effective leader/manager with excellent communication, negotiation and relationship skills - Hands on experience in test planning, test execution and over all test management - Experience in building and leading the test team(s) to the success of project are highly desired - Experience in Empowering the team, guiding, mentoring and motivating the teams to derive maximized results - Ensuring visibility, traceability, and control of testing process to deliver high-quality software - Experience in risk management and keeping the stake holders updated are highly desired - Experience in applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the testing team - Drive for continues improvement of QA process and tools - Excellent analytical skills and conflict resolution skills - Ability to lead and manage different functional teams - Ability to adapt to newer domains are desired - Experience in Agile methodologies/practices would be additional advantage Technical Competences : - Experience in technologies such as FTTH/B/N, SDN, NFV, L2/L3 are desired - Good working knowledge of IGMP/PIM-SM//DHCP/IPoE/PPoE protocols - Good understanding of PON management interface OMCI - Experience in testing of telecom equipment- s/products such as OLT/ONT - Experience in Cloud architecture, Virtualization, NFV, Orchestration would be additional advantage - Experience/Understanding of CORD like technologies would be an additional advantage
