-The ability to work in high pressured environment is essential Key Responsibilities/ Challenges : - Engage with Test Managers to identify the scope of testing and ensure quality - Responsible for ensuring clear and timely communication of testing status and issues - Review testing deliverables, quality gate keeping and governance of all changes moving to SIT/ UAT - Involved in functional discussions and understand the functionality from testing perspective - Prepare test scripts as per functional solution for pre sit testing - Execute the test scripts and try to certify the functionality in pre sit phase - Triage the issues raised by SIT/ UAT team and help development team with the functional flow about those defects - Compliance with Citis System Development Lifecycle and Information Security requirements - Work with developers to perform root-cause analysis and preliminary problem diagnosis - Ability to provide quick turnaround to software issues and management requests - Ability to assimilate key issues and concepts and come up to speed quickly You should have experience in the key matrix and performance areas given below.
