IT Engineering Manager - Java/J2EE (6-9 Yrs) Chennai (Systems/Product Software)

Job Description : - Supervise and lead team members who design machinery, plan and develop - Direct and coordinate production, operations, quality assurance, testing, or maintenance.
-Coordinate with other team like Marketing / Support to understand the requirement and transfer them to meaningful technical requirement - Direct involvement in design / implementation of projects - Collect Metrics on the health of each system.
-Foresee scalability / performance / technical issues of the system.
-Make detailed plans to accomplish goals.
-Build / Mentor / Train Technical team.
-Constantly in conversion with Management for the next set of improvement / enhancement. Requirements : - Expertise in Core Java / JEE/ Spring / Hibernate and java related technologies - Expertise in JSP / Java Script/ HTML - CSS/ Bootstrap - Expertise in MYSQL, PLSQL and thorough understanding of Data Management System - Should have handled Web servers like Apache - Experience in Build / Deployment tools like Maven / Ant etc - Hands on experience in Performance Analysis / Security analysis - Analytical skills and problem-solving skills - High quality deliverables.
