SigTuple - Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation/Functional Testing (3-6 Yrs) Bangalore (Others)

Job Description : As Quality Assurance Engineer, he/she will be responsible for designing and executing the testing processes that guarantee all the products meet the high-quality standards of SigTuple Technologies. Responsibilities : - - Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
-Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
-Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
-Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
-Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
-Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
-Monitor debugging process results.
-Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
-Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
-Bring in the automation for the SW verticals. Skills Required : - - Minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
-Preferable from Healthcare domain.
-Extensive experience in functional testing in a fast-paced product environment.
-Automation code developer and tester in different applications - Web UI and Linux Software.
-Experience in automation using open source tools like Selenium, Sahi, HP QC etc. is desirable.
-Good knowledge of web technologies, Web services API testing.
-Experience to develop the automation framework for UI applications.
-Experience to work on agile and startup environment.
-Good skills in writing automated test suites for APIs, backend flows, etc.
-Experience with different defect tracking tools like JIRA, HP QC, FogBugz, etc.
-Has worked on either Agile Modal, Iterative approaches like V-modal, RAD.
-Exposure to different types of testing - Regression, Sanity, Smoke, User Acceptance, Black Box Testing.
-Understands Dev framework and has supported Unit Testing.
-Strong database basic skills, ability to review and write SQL queries.
-Good Analytical and Logical skills to solve different problems.
-Exposure to security testing, performance testing is a definite plus.
-Has good knowledge in any programming language, like C , Java, Python, etc.
-Comfortable to set up test environments and work on Windows OS and Linux platforms.
-Fluent in conversing with Product Manager, Developers or any different teams.
-Self-starter and ability to learn and adopt new technologies.
-Good team player with excellent organizational, communication and documentation skills.
-Knowledge of MongoDB or unstructured DB.
